The family campsite l'Etang d'Ardy*** offers quality, simple and varied facilities, as well as entertainment for the whole family.
During your stay at the campsite, you will discover the pleasure of living at the rhythm of nature, in the open air, in the shade of hundred-year-old trees and on the banks of the pond.

Arrival and departure days and times

The keys to the mobile homes are handed over on Saturdays from 4pm and the departure is on Saturday before 10am.
When you arrive, please go to the campsite reception desk, where you will be asked to :
- Present your voucher
- Pay any supplements and deposits

Once your arrival has been registered, you will be given the keys to your accommodation and the badge to open the gate.
If something unexpected happens to delay your arrival at the campsite, please contact us as soon as possible.

Special rates for stays of more than 3 weeks

-15% off for any stay before 15 May 2021
-10% off for any stay after 15 May 2021

For security reasons, remember to take out optional cancellation insurance:
2.90 % of the stay excluding tourist tax.

Our four-legged friends are welcome under the following conditions:

  • Anti-rabies vaccination, tattooing and identification collar compulsory (certificate required).
  • Pets must be kept on a leash.

The 39 accommodations are fully equipped, with a minimum of 2 bedrooms and a covered or uncovered terrace.
The plots, with a minimum surface area of 110 m², are bordered by hedges of varied and local plants.
Some of the plots have an unobstructed view of the 2.5 hectare fishing pond.

Our prices include :

  • VAT at the current rate of 10%. Any change in this rate between the date of booking and the date of the stay will result in a corresponding change in prices including VAT.
  • Television in all accommodation
  • Access to the swimming pool and all the campsite facilities
  • WIFI
  • Pot de l'Amitié, once a week from April to October
  • Vehicle access (except for motor homes) and parking space on your plot

Our prices do not include :

  • Booking fees and reservation fees: they are offered to you
  • Tourist tax per person over 18 years old per day: 0.61 €.
  • Cancellation and interruption insurance: 2.90 % of the stay, excluding tourist tax

Accommodation :

a cheque for 200 € deposit and badge and another cheque for 52 € for cleaning costs. These will be returned to you on the day of your departure following the inventory of fixtures.

Security deposit

A deposit by cheque is required on arrival at the campsite.
The campsite l'Etang d'Ardy*** reserves the right to keep and cash the cleaning fee of 52 € if the state of cleanliness of the returned accommodation is not satisfactory. As a reminder, the cleaning fee does not include :

  • cleaning of dishes and kitchen utensils
  • cleaning of the fridge and freezer
  • removal of rubbish bins
  • removal of bed sheets

Campsite capacity

102 pitches on a wooded area of 8 hectares, detailed as follows :

63 high comfort camping pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, including 13 pitches with 6A, 48 pitches with 10A and private sanitary facilities and 2 pitches specially dedicated to PMR with private sanitary facilities

39 accommodations including 7 two-bedroom chalets, 30 mobile homes (3 three-bedroom mobile homes and 27 two-bedroom mobile homes), 1 two-bedroom mobile home dedicated to PRM and 1 canvas bungalow

The capacity of the rental accommodation

For obvious safety and insurance reasons, we do not accept more people than the capacity of the accommodation or pitch. Any person exceeding the planned capacity will be refused.

Please provide us with the full names and dates of birth of all participants on the booking form before the start of your stay. If you have forgotten a person, you can call us to rectify this.

Please note: We do not accept minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by their legal guardians.

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in accordance with the campsite's general rental conditions. The person making the reservation must also be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking.

The campsite rules and regulations

Please take note of the campsite rules posted on the campsite. You and the other occupants of your accommodation must respect them.

Violent behaviour, abusive or racist language, physical or verbal aggression are not allowed on the campsite premises. Any breach of the rules or inappropriate behaviour may result in the eviction of all occupants of the accommodation concerned. In the event of eviction, no refund will be given.

Vehicles on the campsite

Only one parking space is provided per reservation. This must be on the site of your accommodation or camping pitch.

If you have a second vehicle It must be parked in the campsite car park.

National classification by Atout France

October 2017: The Etang d'Ardy campsite is classified as a 3-star campsite with 102 pitches for tourism, for a period of 5 years.

The quality and tourism mark

Nearly 5,500 establishments in France offer you a warm welcome and excellent services. The Etang d'Ardy*** campsite in Dax, in the south-west of the Landes, is very pleased to be part of it since October 2018.

Mediation of consumer disputes (Article L612-1)

In the event of a dispute with the campsite, you can contact the campsite by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the campsite's response, you have the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, to have recourse free of charge to the mediation service offered by the campsite

Informations about sanitary pass

Sanitary pass is compulsory for people aged 18 and over. In order to guarantee everyone's safety, we carry out a check at the start of your stay.

The Pass can take one of the following forms:

  • A certified vaccination certificate (complete schedule, 7 days after the second dose)
  • A negative RT-PCR or antigenic test of less than 48 hours
  • A positive RT-PCR test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 11 days and less than 6 months
